Where the storage is at a location remote from the installation site, transfer of our materials to website is the responsibility of the purchaser.
14. If the Buyer requires unique packing in relation to the Item it need to be consented to in writing in between the Buyer and the Seller, and the expense of the same is to the Buyer's account and accordingly will be included in the Purchase Price. If the Seller stops working to include the expense of unique packaging in the Purchase Cost the Purchaser need to pay to the Seller such costs on demand.
Where installation is included in the agreement the arrangement of a clear working website and adequate access will be the obligation of the purchaser. It is our regular practice to inform delivery ahead of time in order to facilitate the clearance of our working location. We book the right to make an assessment of the working area, and to delay moving on to website at no charge to the Seller if inadequate access or facilities exist 16.
In the case of structures which need site welding a 3 stage supply with sole access and adequately maintained voltage is likewise the obligation of the buyer. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
